We are located in Cesena, in the north-east of Italy, and we operate in close collaboration with the footwear district of San Mauro Pascoli and with the leading brands in the industry.
Manufacturing heels, platforms, shoe lasts and accessories is our main activity.
We provide a complete production process and some of the many services we offer are 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping with 3D printing, pattern grading, milling, colouring etc.
Nuovaplex S.r.l. also operates in the furnishing sector. The design and production phases are carried out entirely in our working areas, using artisanal, avant-garde techniques. We manufacture pieces for both
indoor and outdoor spaces, such as protections, partitions, tables, lamps, handrails, shower enclosures, and any product our customers need.

OUR PROCESSES
COLOURING
Heels, platforms, shoe lasts, fashion accessories and any kind of object of our production can be coloured according to the personal color references provided by our customers.
LASER ENGRAVING
Precision laser machines allow us to engrave customized texts and logos on either flat or curved plastic surfaces.
CNC MILLING
We produce plexiglass heels, platforms and shoe lasts using the precision milling technology.
CUTTING
With technologies such as precision laser cutting we can cut different materials according to the needs of our customers.
THERMOFORMING
We use heat to bend different materials and thicknesses as per customer’s request.
